I had an appointment at 10:30 today. April 21st when I first went in there. The girl at the front desk. Her name starts with a E. . . . She was really rude to me. I think it was a racial issue, I'm not rich. I'm poor so when she looked at the insurance, she started treating me badly and then they tried to reverse it and put it on me. . . . so they threw me out and told me, I can't come back, no big loss. . . . . Definitely would not recommend. .
. . . . . Very rude people, including the dentist and the office manager. She's really bad. She's a blonde they all stick together you know how that goes. . . . . And then she had the nerve to call the police on me to try to create something. How sad what a sad world we live in now. . . . . .

I have a great dental hygienist, Kathy , that I have been seeing there for years and that I know and trust. She is very knowledgeable and does an excellent job cleaning my teeth. I do not spend a lot of time with the dentist , which is also very nice because thankfully I do not have many teeth problems.
Probably because Kathy does such a great job cleaning my teeth every 6 months and teaches me how to keep my teeth in good condition.

I signed up as a new patient and got in for an exam, X-rays and cleaning, in two days due to a cancellation. The hygienist was very experienced, pleasant, knowledgeable, informative, thorough, and non judgmental. The dentist was pleasant, experienced, professional and thorough.
She found several areas of concern, which she explained when we viewed them in pictures. I was very happy with the staff, and my experience, including at the front desk.

Went in to fix a broken tooth with tooth pain, and the staff was very friendly and helpful in setting it up. Brenda was very friendly and helpful during the beginning, and continued to do so even when Dr. Farrell showed up to work on my tooth. Thank you for the great, painless work!
