I had a filling redone and a cleaning. Dr Meyer and hygienist Sherie were excellent and professional . Absolutely No pain and a bite block was used to keep mouth open w/o effort. I would highly recommend.

I've been to dentist a few times. And I must say that Dr Meyers is excellent and done a terrific job on every procedure he did. I would recommend him to anyone. And the hygienist Lexi is awesome she makes you feel welcome evetime and even extended some helpful referrals that I need. But my disappointment was on my last visit with the cleaning I received. Not sure the of the person's name but she tried to get over on me and didn't do a professional job.

I was supposed to get a deep cleaning and when she walked into the room, she said this is not going to take long, I just need to clean one tooth because my teethed looked fine! I asked her what about cleaning the rest of my teeth and she said I'll go around them really quick if you have time. Then she just sprayed water between them and did a quick polish and told me to use this toothpaste for my bleeding gums. . . . Not sure if she is the only one doing cleaning but I would be careful with that service.

And I would definitely ask for someone else if f I went back for that. I wonder how many patients she has pulled this on. Otherwise, as I mention Doctor Meyers and Lexi were the best experience.

Tuesday January 14 I went to Midwest Dental for two fillings. I didn’t know what to expect; the numbing gel, then the needles, and the drilling, really made my eyes tear; but I made it through with the help of the amazing dentist! He did a fantastic job in the perfect timing for me to get to my oil change. I really appreciate this office and everyone that works there.

I've gone here for three years and am changing providers mainly because I've gotten stuck with an older hygienist who seems to take her frustrations out on my mouth. She is rough and jerky in her brushing and this visit took X-rays that didn't show my roots. After noting that fact, the dentist simply said "oh well". Seriously? She did a bad job and you'll bill my insurance but you don't know if my mouth is healthy? I'd already felt beat up by her cleaning and just wanted to leave but called later and gave feedback about my experience.

The receptionist couldn't have cared less. If you go here, be sure to speak up.
