TLDR - avoid this office for unprofessional service, long wait times, rough dental work, and high billing prices even with insurance. My wife, I, and our two boys went to this dentist for the past 6 months. Every experience was negative. Long wait times in the lobby every time 20-40min, under qualified staff made our initial examinations take far to long. Mine was 2hr and 20min (almost 3 hours total) for an exam and x-rays. The front desk was not helpful for answering any questions I had about scheduling, billing, or anything I asked about the office. I had two filling performed that 8 weeks later are still painful and are going to be corrected at our new dentist. My wife had a cleaning that was over 2 hours and did not care for the dentists rough exam. My son had a filling done that our new dentist has told us was entirely not necessary to be done, after waiting in the chair for a long time.

(2 hour visit in total) All of these procedures cost far more than we have paid elsewhere both to insurance and $700 out of pocket. They billed for additional exams and x-rays that were there fault for taking incorrectly on my first visit. I used to come to this office for years under Dr. Cody and had no complaints. We returned when moving back to the worst dental experience. I reccomend reading other recent reviews about this office and Dr. Chin and her painful rough work and the running of this office for financial and practical reasons. Feel free to read my other reviews I almost exclusively review positively as I want to support local business. This whole experience was such a catastrophe I would reccomend it to nobody.

We have since switched to Lakeland Dental down the road and love everything about it. Simple and understandable billing. Competent, kind, and knowledgeable staff and dentists. No wait times and fast competant service. The opposite of this practice. I would avoid this practice at all costs for any dental needs. Look elsewhere for yourself and family.

Was ten to fifteen minutes early for my new client appointment... Sat in waiting for an hour, watched someone who was late for their appointment get seen and leave all while still in the waiting room... Grew tired of waiting and I left before I could be seen... Now I got a text saying "sorry you couldn't make it to your appointment". Funny... Really disappointed.

Needed cap put back on. Was charged $170 for temporary adhesive that lasted 2 hours. Sent insurance company code saying medication was put under filling. Would not recommend

We have been going to Midwest Dental since they opened. The staff are all amazing people who care about you health and well being. They are all very professional and kind.
