Do NOT go to this dentist. They are corporate and only care about $. They want you to schedule 3 appointments before you even see a hygienist. They will also schedule you with an out of network Dentist and not tell you over the phone ahead of time if that dentist is in or out of network. Terrible experience at this office and I highly recommend not going here and seeking other dental care!

Dr. Valdes is a nice and awesome dentist he's very kind and sweet. He does anything you ask him to do. And asks if your ok during teeth pulling. He's leaving next wk I hate to see him go. We are going to miss him.

He pulled 5 of my teeth total and did a good job. And says that I'm very brave which I agree. He's the best dentist I ever had so far. Now I have to add more to this post. Sandy that works at the desk is very disrespectful and not nice. Plus now that Dr.

Valdes is leaving us I can't see him this wk and have to see a new doctor and I can't wait until the end of March. Dr. Valdes pulled 5 teeth for me total I need teeth at the bottom and now I can't eat certain things and if I do I have to cut it so I have to wait this long to get teeth at the bottom that's ridiculous plus they are giving me problems with my insurance cause they don't know my billing info yet like what is going to cost my insurance when they pulled my 4 teeth on the 20th and what I got left for dentist benefits and the insurance doesn't know yet either and it's making me mad and that's why Sandy at the desk was being rude about it. And I hope the owner that owns the place yells at Sandy and takes care of these issues plus other patients don't like her. The last time I went there and was sitting in the waiting room and 1 of the patience said to Sandy she doesn't like her. Lol!
