Dr. Hannah is the best dentist ever. Normally, I’m terrified of having dental work done, but she and her assistant (can’t recall her name unfortunately) work so well together. I had to have two roots pulled on the same day on opposite sides of my upper jaw, and it took less than an hour to do.

She was also so patient and kind, as well as her assistant. Honestly I’m so happy with the work done. Thank you 😊 🙏

My family and I have had good experiences here until today. I went in to have a tooth removed and at first felt everything was going to be alright and go smooth. Unfortunately I was wrong. The dentist wasn’t patience enough to wait for the Novocain to do its job. Then proceeded to rip and tear at my tooth, causing me more pain than I was in before. I ended up gagging on a chunk of tooth that went down my throat.

I didn’t feel like my pain or myself as a patient mattered. I ended up leaving in tears, frustrated beyond belief that I was now in more intense pain than before, only the tooth part was removed and the roots were not, and that I just have to now go to an oral surgeon to have it all done over again. Super frustrated and unhappy. I already have severe dental anxiety (which I disclosed beforehand) and now it’s even worse and I never want to set foot in a dentist office again.

I had been going here for a while to have my teeth worked on and up until recently, things were going pretty well. I have been going to Dr. Hannah for quite a while and she was doing a good job and I was seeing her on a frequent schedule. Now coming up to roughly a few months ago, there was an appointment that had been made at least a month in advance and then all of a sudden, I got a call last minute saying they were moving that appointment as she was suddenly on leave. I didn't think much of it, but I figured I would call as I was having more pain and wanted to check and see if they had anything sooner.

They told me there was an opening, and then maybe not even an hour later, they were cancelling it and moving it a month away. I think the only reason I got in sooner was because I went into the ER for mouth pain, and it was recommended by the doctor there that I checked to make sure it wasn't tooth pain. I went in and everything seemed fine, we checked that tooth over and scheduled a root canal on some teeth and there didn't seem to be any issues at the time from what I could tell. I think after that, I had to cancel one appointment because I was sick, and I didn't think it would be appropriate to have my teeth worked on if I was sick and I didn't want to spread anything. I call today to reschedule an appointment, and apparently they left a note in my file to not see me anymore as I had cancelled too many appointments recently.

I had cancelled too many appointments? I have been trying to make appointments several times, even trying to come in sooner and you guys cancelled on me, but I cancel one day and that's too much? I don't know what has changed and I don't know if it's an issue behind the counter or the dentist I was seeing, but I am so frustrated at this point because I feel like they've just been waiting for the opportunity to take me off the schedule, which is confusing as I was told I was doing really well and my teeth were doing really good. I am at a loss for words at this point.
