Came here to get a root canal. As one who has had many root canals done, this was by far the easiest one I've had. Like, it's not even close. Not top 5. Not top 3.

TOP ONE. I'm not good at writing reviews. Just know I would highly recommend Dr. Youn if you need an endodontist! This was at the Everett location, but I had the consult for my procedure here, and everyone was very friendly and professional.

Dr Shin and Vanessa were amazing! My root canal went smooth, and they were so professional, confident, that I didn't get scared for a second! Dr Shin was able to work on my tooth that is an ancore for a bridge of 4 teeth, without breaking the bridge at all! Thank you so much!!! This is an outstanding work!

I’ve been seeing my dentist since I was a child and trust him completely, so when he referred me to Dr. Shin, I felt confident in the recommendation—and I’m so glad I did. Dr. Shin thoroughly examined my tooth and explained all of my treatment options, including what each would involve. He gave his recommendation, but I never felt pressured, and I appreciated how comfortable I felt asking questions without feeling rushed or dismissed.

The procedure itself was smooth and pain-free, and Dr. Shin, along with his assistants Suha and Vanessa, were both efficient and professional. They made sure to check in with me throughout the procedure to ensure I was comfortable, and their bedside manner was top-notch. A special shout-out to GALEN at the front desk! She was so friendly and approachable. When I called with questions before my procedure, she promptly called me back with clear answers.

I also forgot to bring my paperwork on the day of my appointment, but Galen was incredibly understanding and helped me fill it out quickly without making me feel bad about it. I truly enjoyed our conversations, and she helped set the positive tone for the whole experience, making me feel confident in choosing this practice. Big thanks to Dr. Shin, Suha, Vanessa, and Galen for making my experience so great! :)

Dr. Youn is a very skilled endodontist. She accurately identified the cause of my periodontal abscess, which was a pocket of pus in my gum tissue. Before seeing her, I consulted with several other endodontists, but was not satisfied with their diagnoses.

Dr. Youn creatively performed my root canal treatment (RCT) from the side, minimizing damage to the tooth and ultimately preventing the need for a cap after the root canal. Her proficiency in her work is truly remarkable
