My friend has had been rescheduled 3 times since June 2024 for her dentures. She hates going to the dentist and I finally calmed convinced her that she should go. We specifically opted to go to this clinic because it says "dentures in a day" outside of their building. We are aware it takes at least 4 weeks to get it done but the assumption of getting dentures done immediately is there. Just this morning, she received a phone call the same day she's supposed to receive it that it will be now scheduled for September.

The lady said, the lab tech is not available so we have to reschedule you next month. What the actual fk? What happened since the last appointment in July then that she was also expecting to get it that day and was rescheduled for today Aug. 1st! This means they haven't started anything since June and now they need another 4 weeks up to September to get the job done when it's fully paid in CASH. The least you can do is call 2 weeks before and say, we apologize we are unable to start working on your dentures and will have to reschedule for a later date. They are very unprofessional and inconsiderate.

Her last denture has been broken. She doesn't feel confident coming to work without teeth but has to earn money to pay people like you who do not do what they're supposed to do on the time you're supposed to do. She is also unable to eat proper food until you give her what she fully paid for. For those coming to this clinic wanting an immediate denture, save yourself and go through another dentist/s that your friends and family know that are good on their word and work. Very unprofessional!

Appointments are made months away and then when your appointment time comes up, they call you saying they need to reschedule it after you have already waited months for the appointment to come up. Has happened numerous times to my kids.

Shady dentists!!!! They’re really nice and personable except they will send fraudulent bill charges two years later. Just got a bill after two years of no longer patients and moving to another practice for care that we never received and was only suggested. They also are SOOO pushy for unnecessary procedures. They made such a big deal about gum recession with my permanent retainers and were so pushy in removing them.

I’ve seen multiple dentists since that have said it’s fine. 🙂 There are more honest dentists down the road.

Made new pt appt Friday (she gave me 4 times to choose from). Made it for Tues at 11:30. Monday night I had to go to ER and was admitted. Called tues am to cancel appt before my appt time. On Wed I called to reschedule and was told I couldn't be seen there now because I canceled less than 24 hours before my appointment time.

I explained the situation and that I was admitted into the hospital, and she said that there was nothing she could do because they considered me a no-show for my appointment. I even said I could provide paperwork showing I was admitted. I guess if that's the way you want to treat people, esp when they have a medical emergency, it's better off that I find another doctor. You should probably too.
