I am so disappointed with this practice. I have been going for years out of convenience and never loved it. The receptionist is so extremely rude (and has been time and time again) and my family and I don’t know why they keep her. Dr. Miller clearly doesn’t care how the receptionist/staff treat others.

I actually called to tell her about my concerns. I am a part of many South Elgin groups and when others ask for recommendations on a dentist or ask how this practice is so many have the same feedback. Be aware when going to this practice and know there are so many great dentists out there that are great. In fact, she has about 4-5 near her practice, which is why I don’t understand how they do not value their customers. They completely canceled my apt.

on me today because I didn’t see that I needed to confirm. I understand the policy but again, it’s how they treated me when I expressed concerns. I could provide many other examples of poor experiences. Please just don’t go here!

Miller Dentistry is the best dentist I have ever gone to. Dr Miller found a spot in my mouth that could of eventually turned to cancer. I went to several dentists and they didn’t find it. The oral surgeon said she is the best and will find any issues before they become a big problem. I will never go to another dentist ever except Dr Miller.
