I have compared dental charges against other dentists and this practitioner is high. My insurance company also says that they are non-responsive to paperwork request. I too have sent e-mails with no response from them. This lack of communication resulted in me having to pick up additional charges for my crown.

I'm moving on to another practice. I have no patience for people who don't respond to me or my insurance company.

About 10 years ago I had my wisdom teeth removed from this office. Terrible experience. The doctor damaged a nerve and I have been without feeling in my lower left jaw since the surgery. I was just a young adult at the time, and trusted the doctor and his staff with this, what I thought was a, routine procedure. When I went back to the doctor about my issue he repeatedly told me that the feeling would eventually return. Months went by so when I returned to the office to be checked the doctor didn’t even want to see me.

I don’t know if he’s a coward worried about confrontation, or if he’s unable to face and acknowledge the poor job he did. I have no respect for this man, because he sent his dental assistant into the office to do his dirty work. He told her to relay the message, “you signed a waiver and knew the risks. ” Again I was in my early 20s at the time of the procedure. This review is long overdue. I’m sure they’re good enough to handle small routine services like cleanings and x-rays, but I’m writing this review for those considering using them for surgeries and more complex procedures.

AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE. Do not risk putting your health and senses in the hands of this doctor. If anything goes wrong you will not be compensated, reimbursed, or even acknowledged. - former patient
