STAY AWAY!!! I was a patient here for over two years, longer than I should have been. Twice in less than a year this practice cancelled my appointments without my knowledge, and without any notification that this occurred. It wasn’t until I showed up for the appointment when I found out that my appointment had been cancelled. The time taken from work, time spent to go there, were all for nothing.

I was even turned away from schedule appointments due to “training,” in which I was told it was a, “training day, and I would need to come back another time. ” The customer service is outright non-existent.

My family has been going to Millersville Family Dentistry for years. Dr. Ahmed is professional and has excellent bedside manner. The dental hygienists, Dmitri and Jenn, are caring and skilled professionals. We are always impressed by the staff’s professionalism and friendliness.

Jenn is an incredibly thoughtful hygienist. My wife and I typically schedule our dental cleanings in staggered appointments, but recently booked our first same-time cleanings with Dmitri and Jenn, leaving our highly interested and energetic toddler to wait in the room with my wife and Jenn. Jenn graciously spent her time entertaining our daughter during the dental cleaning. Between each step of the cleaning process, she welcomed our curious little one to observe and participate. She gave her a mask, gloves, and hair cap so she could play hygienist for the day.

She even explained how she uses each of the tools and let her help out with “brushing mommy’s teeth”. She is easily the most warm and nurturing hygienist we’ve had the pleasure of visiting. Millersville Family Dentistry certainly removes any of the stigma and fear of going to the dentist, and we are so happy to have found them!
