Millville Family Dental, where do I start. . . I don't know what has happened to this office, in recent years there customer service has been left lacking. My wife started the process of getting dentures and she had fell and broke her hip " she has osteogenesis imperfecta which is a brittle bone disease which causes her bones to break like egg shells" anyway it caused her to be in a wheelchair and has made things difficult on her. It took longer than normal for her to be able to continue the process.

We had called numerous times leaving messages and had never received a call back. I had finally been able to get someone to answer the phone and was put on eternal hold and finally disconnected. With no answer after calling directly back. Don't no what has happened over there since we where there 2 years ago but it's not the same place.

Other than the one girl who was running around like a chicken with her head cut off because she was doing all of the work, it was very disorganized. Not a single person introduced themselves when They walked into the room. You had no clue who was who or who was doing what.

The dental hygienist is the roughest I've ever felt in my entire life, and it did not seem to care that she was stabbing me in the gums. I absolutely would not recommend this dental office.

Wait time is absolutely ridiculous. No one has time to sit 2 hours before you see anyone. Dental hygeanist is amazing. Stuff is nice. Management need to fix this wait time if they cannot see people on time.
