Arrive home. And felt great I had call for a dental appointment. At the Milwaukee dental group . At first the call center was rude and unprofessional. But then I was transfer to a very polite very professional young lady. Jasmin was here name not only she made me feel better after being a little upset from call center.

She made me feel important and had my full attention. As well she answered my questions. I will go in for appointment. Thank u Jasmin for making me feel comfortable. See u soon

Milwaukee Dental Group on Fon Du lac in Milwaukee Wisconsin DO NOT CARE about the patients needs or concerns. I received unpleasant treatment from the Dentist, he’s very dismissive, rush job to get you in and out mean while he’s submitting payment to my insurance company!!!

Booked an appointment for my wife using their online system. She was prompted by text to check in and confirm the appointment which she completed. When she arrived they informed her that they do not honor the online system at all, and she would have to wait for a walk-in slot. They informed her that the wait could be up to 2 and a half hours. The receptionist asked what her appointment was for. Just a simple cleaning and checkup. The receptionist then informed her that walk ins are “only for pain” and this sent up red flags.

Then they sent her a text claiming that they needed medical clearance from her doctor. She is pregnant but was only going in for a simple cleaning and checkup. Even during pregnancy this has never required medical clearance from our previous dentists. Another red flag. I would avoid.
