I had my wisdom tooth removed here ( Minnesota Dental Surgery) , and the experience was amazing! The procedure was smooth and painless, and the staff was very professional and kind. Everything was well organized, and I felt comfortable and cared for the whole time. Highly recommend this hospital for dental care!

Caution to anyone who is low income or on a budget, clarify the quote and get it written if you can. My boyfriend was severely misquoted by over $2,500 for IV sedation. He went there having not eaten since the night before, no caffeine and ready to be put under just for the price to be completely out of budget. The receptionist checked something but didn’t seem like she really cared that we were quoted literally $2,500 less on the phone. He opted for laughing gas cause it was what we could swing and he needed these teeth out, he got all 4 wisdom teeth removed with just a little numbing and gas on an empty stomach.

They didn’t talk to me at all, no at home instructions given to the driver and care taker so i had no idea really what to do and no pain medicine was sent home just an antibacterial mouthwash. He was so sick, so nauseous and was struggling to remember what they told him because it went so fast and he was on laughing gas. The written go home instructions are bare bones. I tried to call to get help with the vomiting and nausea and got a call back almost 2 hours later, the doctor was nice and compassionate and tried to be helpful but the worst had already passed. I tried to pick up the mouthwash but the instructions needed to be clarified so I wasn’t even able to pick it up so i spent 30 minutes waiting at the pharmacy but since they were closed and couldn’t get through to clarify the situation i just had to go home so i could check on him.

The process was compassionate lacking and felt like a fail at every step. We also found out that using CareCredit, which they said they accept came with a 3% fee.

Great and comfortable experience! The doctor and his nurse were amazing she made me feel ready because I was super nervous and in no time it was over. I ended up getting dry socket and they got me in the same day, literally same hour I called to treat it !! Amazing team! Would recommend them to everyone.
