So I took my sons and it’s been really hard to find a place that was taking our sons insurance and other issues with another place kept canceling our appointments. Well this hidden Mint dentistry place, we found out from a colleague. I told them we have our sons that need to be seen. The staff where so helpful and very accommodating to our schedule and needs. Michelle and Wendy at the front desk greeted us and helped scheduling our appointments. Well first I called of course to see if they could see our kiddos.

Then I met Christi and let her know we have a group of kiddos also that need some cleaning and fillings. Dr. Lo was super amazing and caring to the kids. Dr. Lo kept checking in on our kiddos to make sure they are comfortable as possible and kept you in the loop of treatment needed and all the assistants that helped Thru our process Carla, Jessica, Irene and Alline thank you so much for helping our kiddos also. Our kiddos felt very comfortable with Dr.

Lo and the staff. Cleanliness and organization was so spot on. Highly recommend Mint dental.

This is the most unprofessional dental group I ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Unbelievable. Something as simple as filing out a form and sending to UNLV is too complicated for them to comprehend. They literally want me to wait 2 weeks at their leisure to do that because the doctor sees fit not to come in to the office for 2 weeks. That means my families treatment has to go on vacation with the Dr. . Who ever placed these protocols really needs to reconsider their way of doing business. The world does not stop at the convenience of the Dr. .

The records are in the office. They can easily fill out the papers with the info and have the Dr. sign it but that seems to be over their head. To complicated to comprehend. The extremely robotic receptionist refused to talk to a supervisor for any assistance. She simple read the page in front of her and that is it. I would not revisit this office if they were the last place on earth.

My family has been coming here for 3 years now and we love it. Every time I mention the dentist they ask is it the same one ? And I’m like “yes” they are so stoked about it.

The staff is very welcoming and on top of everything. I appreciate the staff, I forget her name but she always has the cool color hair and has been there for thee longest! My daughter was one difficult cookie but not for her so a big thank you, because now I wouldn’t dare take my children anywhere else!
