Rayshunda made it a very comfortable and relaxing experience. I appreciate the A-1 customer service from the young lady at the front desk and the other gentleman that made sure I had my whitening trays as well. Definitely coming back for my appt in May.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This was an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience. I originally had an appointment scheduled for Monday, but less than 20 minutes before it was supposed to begin, I received a call saying they wouldn’t be able to see me for my cleaning. We rescheduled for Thursday at 9:00 AM. Today is Thursday. I arrived on time, with all my documentation completed in advance and confirmed as up-to-date.

Yet, by 10:00 AM, an hour after my scheduled appointment, I was still waiting. It became clear they had no intention of respecting my time. I only stayed as long as I did to be flexible. Having worked in healthcare myself, I understand that schedules can shift and unexpected delays happen. But this went far beyond a simple delay. I should’ve left sooner, but at 9:30 AM the receptionist assured me it would only be a few more minutes and offered a $50 credit for the wait.

Frankly, that credit is meaningless when I have insurance that covers my cleaning with just a small copay, if any. The real issue is the total lack of communication, disregard for my time, and unprofessional handling of the situation. I will not be returning. Staff at the receptionist were friendly though welcoming

I went here and each time I was there for 3 to 4 hours just for a cleaning!! My trays never fit for my teeth whitening!! The male front desk attendant is not friendly at all or helpful! When I was there in May, my appointment was 12:30, a new dentist assistant took pictures of my teeth that lasted 45 minutes when it should have took 10min, then it took her another 30 minutes to write up my treatment plan.

After that the dentist came in at 2pm to start my cleaning!! I told her this was third time comming here, just ti be scene within a few hours from my schedule time, I was pissed off!! The ads on the radio are false and I will find a nice professional caring dentist team!! Mint is not it!!!
