I was initially impressed with the orthodontic services provided at Mint Dentistry’s College Park location, but since their move to Decatur, the quality of care has significantly declined. Scheduling issues have become frequent, and despite the practice’s automated appointment reminders, I have experienced multiple instances where my scheduled visits were not honored. Management’s approach to customer service is disappointing—there is a lack of professionalism and compassion when resolving concerns. On one occasion, after traveling two hours for an appointment, I was refused service despite having confirmation from their system.

The waiting area was empty, yet no effort was made to accommodate or offer a reasonable solution. I have referred several individuals to Mint Dentistry in the past, but based on my recent experiences, I strongly advise anyone considering their services to do thorough research beforehand. One thing they will auto debit your account like clockwork!

My appointment today at MINT dentistry in College Park was fantastic! I came in for my six month cleaning and I was assigned to a young lady by the name of Raina. She was wonderful and did a super thorough job of cleaning my teeth. I can’t remember the last time my teeth looked so clean and white after a cleaning.

I asked if she can be assigned to me for future cleanings. She’s that good!! Great experience and looking forward to coming back!!

I went into Mint College Park a little wary following an appointment last year at their Decatur branch that took a solid hour more out of my day than it reasonably should have, and then a paperwork error forced me to reschedule my first cleaning at the College Park location. I'm pleased to say the College Park branch redeemed themselves. Their friendly, professional staff got me in and out in a timely manner despite having around six other patients in the building at the same time.

Their online tools for scheduling and patient paperwork are super convenient too. I will be back!
