Went in for a filling on two separate days, the first day was fine but the second was terrible. Prior to them beginning, the assistant (who was new) numbed the wrong side of my mouth from where the filling was to be done, and I had to correct her which sparked my initial concerns. She was unaware of which instruments to use and how to properly use them to the point where the actual dentist had to step in and say something to her. Additionally as she was working on my teeth, she proceeded to say that she “was nervous” as a response to her confusion while operating.

The filling that was done left what felt as a shooting nerve pain in my tooth for two months despite coming in for bite adjustments and redoing the filling entirely. This prompted me to get it redone elsewhere where it was discovered that I had a cavity that was failed to be recognized in the initial teeth cleaning that prompted me to get a filling to begin with.

If you're seeking a dentist with great ambiance, exceptional customer service, and efficient care, Mint Dentistry is the place to go! I booked my appointment the same day and was pleasantly surprised by how seamless the process was. I completed all necessary forms online and was even seen an hour before my scheduled time since I arrived early. The office is beautifully decorated and the R&B playlist, featuring both old and new tracks, created a relaxing atmosphere.

The staff were friendly and the services were efficient. I even left with a thoughtful goodie bag filled with high-quality dental essentials, a nice touch compared to the usual freebies at other practices. This was also the first time I've been prescribed medication by a dental provider, which showed their attention to my oral health beyond just the routine cleaning.

The only drawback was the suction device, which I nearly choked on a few times and had to adjust myself before the doctor made the necessary adjustments. This minor issue did create some discomfort, which was unusual for me as I've never been anxious at the dentist before. Overall, my experience was excellent, and I’m looking forward to my next visit in six months!

The entire team demonstrated the highest level of professionalism and friendliness, creating a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere from start to finish, and not to mention that my services were completed in a heated massaging dental chair. They were exceptionally thorough in explaining their findings, outlining my cleaning plan, and breaking down my financial responsibilities with complete transparency. During my visit, they took detailed X-rays and identified that I had periodontal disease.

From that point forward, their care was nothing short of outstanding. They performed a deep scaling procedure to initiate my new cleaning regimen, targeting the issue with precision and expertise. I felt confident and well cared for throughout the entire process.

As a thoughtful finishing touch, they provided me with lip gloss and Chapstick after my cleaning, showcasing their attention to even the smallest details. Mint Dentistry truly stands out for its exceptional service and genuine care for their patients. Highly recommend!

10/10 recommend! From the aesthetic to the staff this a a great experience. Everyone was courteous and seemed happy to be there. They explained everything step by step. I was able to get fitted, same day, for my free whitening kit. I look forward to my next cleaning in 6 months!
