This office is great. I love the open plan that makes it easy for parents to sit with their children during cleanings. The staff are all knowledgeable and courteous. And everything from the lobby to the TVs on the ceiling is kid-friendly to reduce anxiety associated with dental visits.

My son's first visit here went awesome. So much better than his previous dentist office. They have TVs on the ceiling above the exam chairs. A glass door on the X-ray room so he could see me during his X-rays.

The staff was very friendly, interactive with my son, and informative which made the visit go very smooth. We were in & out in 30 minutes. They also accept Medicaid. Definitely recommend for small kids 👍

I have taken my daughter here since she was one year old. Today the nurse who took us in didn’t seem like she was having a good day. She wasn’t enthusiastic or trying to make my daughter feel like she was in a safe space. Since usually that’s what they do. She didn’t explain what they were going to do to her she just seemed indifferent. It was her first time seeing my daughter but I felt uncomfortable.

To put it plainly, she was very dry and serious; how will a four year old warm up to a person they don’t know that is acting that way. I’m hoping she was just having a bad day but I felt very uncomfortable. And also forgot to mention every time we’ve come, no matter if she crys or doesn’t they usually give her a small gift at the end. Instead today she told her “you didn’t do good today” so she didn’t give my daughter a small toy at the end. So my daughter felt bad and started crying. Thankfully, Carolina the sweet office lady was kind enough she give my daughter a small toy.

For me it’s not so much about the toy it’s about the way she went about it. She told her she didn’t do a good job and that made me feel upset because my daughter didn’t warm up to her for a reason. Children can always sense people’s sincerity and I’m sure my daughter felt a weird vibe from her. Next time, I’ll make sure she doesn’t get the same person again.
