I Had a filling come out and the tooth cracked. Luckily someone cancelled an appointment shortly after I made my appointment. The support staff was very friendly and professional. Dr. Minton made me feel welcomed and did a phenomenal job.

My husband works at a factory job and has been in absolute misery over a protrusion through his gum. He took off this Monday so I called hoping to get him in as an emergency case and was told "she wasn't doing those till tomorrow" and that I could set up an appointment for him at 9am the following day. My husband knew that his place of employment would have issues a with him taking off 2 days and a row so he went on in. The pain remained excurciating so with an all clear from management he called the dentist office back.

This time he was told that he could not be seen today that it would have to be the following day at 10am. As a dentist if you have an emergency case such as this patient care needs to be a priority not be made to have to take a backseat. It's hard for some people to get off work especially those that work for Clayton Homes like my husband.

I haven’t seen her in a few years but when I did go to her I always had an excessive amount of cavities which confused me because it was in places I would be able to see them or feel them. But they fell out or got discolored very quickly. I never felt welcome there. They always talked way to long and had to re numb me again so that was always fun. And the main reason I quite going to her was because one of her “nurses” called be disgusting.

I’m a very clean person at that I mean seriously, I was like 13 maybe. And the gas they used always made me sick. And since then I have had to go to someone else to redo all her “work” I would not recommend her to anyone of any age.

My sons had an appointment to be seen. When we scheduled, the appointment was scheduled over ONE YEAR LATER!!! We missed that appointment (never had a courtesy call with the appointment being scheduled over a year)rescheduled and found a few problems. Scheduled that appointment but with everything going on (school, work, and a special needs child to attend to) we forgot about the appointment.

We called the office and rescheduled. Fine no problem, sorry we messed up. Then we get a letter after a few days stating we will no longer be patients there, After we had another appointment scheduled! And the letter says they will take us for 30 days after if we have an emergency and this should give us ample time to find a dentist! REALLY!!! I took a stinking year to get in this place! I’m a business owner and it’s a shame that people treat their customers like this! Especially when its concerning health care for children! All about the dollar not about the patient! Good riddance!
