I really love this place so much and I have been here for like almost 4 years now, I had the best experience here but don’t get me wrong the first time I got there they told really long time to just get my teeth cleaned but now they fixed that anyways the people there are so friendly and they greet you with a smile when you walk in and everyone there is just so friendly, nice, and like all the above they’re just amazing, love this place. If I could give them 10/10 I would.

Worst cleaning experience ever and my teeth are still not clean. They don’t have dental hygienists, so the dentist is doing the cleaning. He doesn’t know how to clean and tried to pretend that he does. They make you pay prior to your cleaning which I thought was strange but is definitely a sign of bad service. They have dental assistants who polish and floss you BEFORE the cleaning even begins. The dentist comes after that and looks at my teeth and says that looks good and there is no cavities.

Mind you, he didn’t do a X-ray so how can he see there is no cavities is beyond me as you need to a X-ray to see cavities. He does the “cleaning” with an ultrasonic scaler. When I asked him why he doesn’t use a scale to clean, he said it’s outdated and nobody uses it. I told him no, they use it and mentioned my previous dental clinic that I go to that still uses it. The instrument was hot and burned my gums. I managed to get through it but it was definitely not worth it as my teeth are still filled with plaque, stain and calculus.

My mother’s turn was after me and she couldn’t manage to get through her “cleaning”. She told him to stop after just one minute. They have signs saying no video or pictures in the cleaning area as they don’t want proof of the bad job they are doing. The worst ever.

Great staff and excellent service! They treat you with respect and give you excellent treatment and care. The new building is clean, bright, and huge to accommodate a lot of people comfortably.

Always, always feeling wonderful coming out of clinic after great care, not just my teeth! --Update (5/16/23): Still going very strong on service, quality of work, before/after care. With recent addition of excellent doctors, they've improved 10 fold! -from a big fan
