I've been waiting on appointments for months. All they did was use up my insurance for appointments for trays wasting money. I've practically begged these people for help for several months. They refuse to even send my trays anywhere so I can get my teeth done after a tragic accident. Still in pain and not a Tylenol. I've been to the office and called so many times I found myself begging to be helped.

The worst place of business since sprint phone service. I still haven't received my trays yet. Terrible place. Absolutely Terrible people work. Tear the building down and start. Apparently they only help friends and family

I was going to the dentist here never missed 1 appt, I went into my next appointment and was told the dentist wasn't in. . no common courtesy to call me ahead of time and tell me my appt was canceled so I left work to come in! I was told they would call me when the dentist was in long story short. THEY NEVER CALLED! Everytime I called, they had an excuse: "The dentist isn't in. We will call you when she's in.

" Never called! They are very insensitive to my situation and pain. Customer service sucks and dentist is never in. I would love to report this place and have it shut down there is seriously something wrong with this situation and I'm calling my insurance to see if they are paying out for all these appointments that they keep canceling and not calling me to say they are canceled.

Usually it’s not bad, but I visited today to get a wisdom tooth referral & I heard the doctor arguing with an assistant for 10 minutes being extremely unprofessional & it made me uncomfortable while I was waiting for a person to come into my room & help me. I was told I was going to get an xray, but they didn’t do one & used an old xray from 7 months ago & the doctor told me that my wisdom tooth wasn’t the problem, though I am 99. 9% certain it is considering I’ve already gotten 2 removed & I know the pain of them growing in. He did nothing aside from PICK at my cavity which now hurts extremely bad.

I already have a fear of dentists & this just made it worse. On top of making my pain worse.
