Got a root canal about 3 months ago . The dentist & dental assistant who performed my procedure were soooo funny & nice . They are the only reason im giving 3 stars. At the end of my appointment was told i needed approval from my insurance for my final crown and was told it would take about 9 weeks.

Well imagine my surprise when call to check on things after 12 WEEKS just to be told that the pre authorization for my crown was never sent in. So i’ve basically waited all this time FOR NOTHING & will now have to wait at least another month to get my permanent crown . Whoever was handling the office paperwork SUCKS .

I had a 10am appointment for an annual cleaning here and I arrived at 9:50am. I had a personal appointment following this appointment which I scheduled for TWO hours later to allow time for my dental cleaning and I never saw the dentist and they told me to reschedule. There is no respect for patient time here.

I advised at the beginning of the appointment and was completely disregarded. Dont waste your time here.

I needed an implant done. I had a missing tooth. The procedure was very good, quick, easy, just about pain-free. Did not require any pain medication afterwards. He gave me some but it was not needed. Implant lasted 45 minutes - went back to work within the hour.
