The 1hr10m drive to go to Modern Family Dental is worth every minute! I’ve always had a fear of dentists, but not anymore! They are all so welcoming and comforting. They always make sure you’re comfortable and explain everything in detail. Dr. S and Charity are absolutely wonderful! I’ve never felt more safe in a dental chair. Plus their office is beautiful and so so clean.

We decided to switch to this office because they except our dental insurance and we were very happy with the switch the office was so nice and Helpful. They listened to my children’s concerns and mine. They wanted to make sure it was a positive experience for my children since they haven’t always had the best luck when coming to dentist.

My boys were so happy when they left. I would recommend this place to all my friends and family. Office is super nice and helpful and caring and clean!

I’ve had the worst dental anxiety forever, been ignoring my cavities for the last 10 years and was terrified to find out I needed a root canal. Dr Szymanski did an amazing job, she communicated everything beforehand, was so skilled with numbing (I’ve had issues with numbing before), she took her time without wasting time if that makes sense, and made sure at every point I was as comfortable as I could be.

It was such a great experience for what I thought was going to be an awful procedure. I look forward to finishing my care plan with her and being cavity free!

We absolutely love MFD!!! We started seeing Dr. S a year ago when we moved to Grand Haven. So far she fixed a broken tooth and an old filling of mine that fell out unexpectedly . They got me in immediately, thoroughly discussed my options and pricing, and expeditiously repaired my issues.

My two toddlers also see her and their office is INCREDIBLE with children. My kids felt so comfortable there and so welcome! We love Dr. S and her whole staff. Their office is always so clean and everything they use is the newest technology! Definitely recommend!!!!
