I was looking for a new dentist in the area and boy did I pick the right place! Dr. Mcdonald was so nice and thorough. The staff was friendly and accommodating. This was the most pleasant and painless visit I have ever had at a dentist. They are also very modern with the use of new technology to take x-rays and scans. Highly recommended!!!

Modern Touch Dental-Glendale is by far the most compassionate, understanding, accommodating, and friendly dental office I have ever been to. My journey to Modern Touch Dental-Glendale was not an easy one. I had an implant put in by a dentist in the Fox Valley and I questioned the Fox Valley dentist as to why the implant felt like it was loose, the Fox Valley dentist told me that it was because I was grinding my teeth and tried to then sell me a mouth guard. I returned to work later that day and while talking on the phone my implant actually fell out of my mouth. I immediately called the Fox Valley Dentist office and talked to Mary (huge shout out to Mary here, she is amazing), who was filling in at the office that day. The Fox Valley dentist was no longer there and I had an open socket with no implant in it. At this time I was frustrated and upset with the Fox Valley dentist.

Mary referred me to Modern Touch Dental-Glendale, her home office, and even though I would not arrive in Milwaukee until after the office had closed, they stayed open and listened to me as I told them what had happened. Dr. McDonald and Cheryl walked me through what they were going to do, explaining every step and outlined my options after learning that my implant had completely failed and how it was not because I was grinding my teeth. It was because the original implant was not properly put in. They redid the implant site and I immediately scheduled a cleaning appointment with Cheryl. I had not had a cleaning for 12 years, and my first one with Cheryl was amazing. She listened to me with no judgement, and just wanted the best for me as I started my dental journey with them.

I am in the process of redoing my implant, with Dr. McDonald and every time I see him he updates me with how the implant is looking. I have all the confidence that my implant will be successful this time. I am also back on track with my cleanings, and I've gotten a few cavities filled. I am currently driving from Menasha, WI to Milwaukee because the care, compassion and amazing staff are worth it. Thank you Dr. McDonald, Cheryl and Mary for easing my dental fears and getting me back in the dental chair!

I have been going to Modern Touch Dental for over 20 years and have always enjoyed an excellent experience and outstanding care. My visit yesterday was a bit stressful, as it was the first time I had a procedure by a new dentist who had not treated anything major on me before. I needed a cracked filling replaced and a crown. Dr. McDonald and his assistant Cara were so patient and compassionate and helped me through every second of the appointment.

I felt no pain at all and everything went smoothly. Every staff member has always been so kind and understanding about my fear. I 100% recommend Modern Touch Dental. They are angels from heaven!

I have had a lot of dental work in my lifetime and going to Modern Touch Dental was one of the amazing experiences I’ve ever had. Every person that I interacted with such an infectious personality. They made me feel comfortable and provided top notch customer service. Dr. McDonald explained everything to me and made sure I understood before moving on. I felt confident that I was in good hands.

To top it off… I received a personal text from Dr. McDonald following up the next day, checking to see if I was feeling ok after my procedure. Please check them out, you will not be disappointed. This my new Dental Family.
