This is the first one star for a business I’ve ever given. It makes me sad that I have to. They are impossible to get ahold of. I went in as an emergency customer needing my mouth looked at because I could not open it.

They knew what insurance I was on, and I really felt taken advantage of because they proceeded to give me a X-ray that my insurance would not cover. I trusted them to help me, and now I have a bill that I can’t get ahold of them to pay. Their email does not work, and every time I call the line they give me for their billing department I’m sent to voicemail. I know that not having enough money for the bill in the first place is not their problem, but if you are taking in emergency patients with Medical Assistance or state care please don’t give us unnecessary extra procedures like this.

My insurance paid for everything else but the X- ray because they thought the X-ray was over the top and I agree. I just wish they would take better care of their patients, especially the ones that are not in the “know” and have no other options when an emergency takes place.

I needed a lot of work done. Dr. Molldrem did a great job- it was fast and the pain is gone. My dumb insurance denied much of it and his billing team went above and beyond to work with me to provide needed info to get more covered, which was so appreciated.

I love the beautiful plants, cute Minnesota themes in each room, and the moss wall. This office is more like a spa than a dental office, which is great for my nerves. Also love how they got me in, fixed, and out same day for an emergency crown.
