Updated: I moved to Eden Prairie and changed dentists to be closer to my house. Everything was standard/fine for a dentist visit but was told I had a number of minor cavities. This was shocking to me as I am religious about going to the dentist and debated getting them fixed as it felt odd to go years with no cavities and being told I had great teeth to going to a new dentist and having multiple cavities. I went ahead with procedure and paid my portion prior to the procedure. I had significant pain after the fact and even called the office, I was unable to get in on the same day appointment offered and due to the holiday shutdown and my travel out of the country, I wasn't able to be seen (the tech did give me her personal number should I need it, which was a nice gesture).

A month later, I was still in significant pain and tried calling the office again. My Google search for the office phone number said the office was permanently closed. I tried calling the office, even to get records, but the phone number was an automatic "the number you are trying to reach no longer exists". I do not know what number the search led me to as the office is obviously not closed, but that was my belief for a year that Molldrem was no longer in operation. I received no further communication until a call from the office about 13 months post-procedure stating I had an outstanding balance.

I was shocked and even told the office staff "I thought your practice was closed". This was the first I had heard of any outstanding balance, and to be informed 13 months after the procedure. I received the one and only paper copy of the bill, which was noted as a final notice, which had me extremely upset, but I paid upon receipt. Further communication from the office showed they had additional attempts to inform me of the balance but where the bills went is unknown to me as I never received them.

I recently had all my old fillings replaced at Molldrem Family, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! They used a composite resin to replace my Mercury fillings. They split the work over two appointments, which made the process super manageable and stress-free. Everyone was professional, friendly, and took the time to make sure I was comfortable throughout.

I really appreciate their skill and care—my teeth look and feel amazing now. Highly recommend them to anyone needing dental work! No More Mercury!!

I had a great experience. Everyone is so kind there and very, very good at their jobs. Both of the hygienist are very knowledgeable and took great care of me. Dr. Mollderm is an excellent dentist.

He really cares about his patients. I'm so happy with the work I had done. He is a highly skilled dentist and I appreciate his attention to detail. Also, an added bonus is the office is beautiful and has a relaxing atmosphere.
