Probably the only dentist I have ever been to or heard of that doesn't include a cleaning with an exam and x-rays. What a waste of time. You need a separate appointment for a cleaning. Even though the hygienist will still see you to just check on you.

Also, no dental insurance means way more expensive procedures than other places. Going back to my old dentist. Nice front ladies up at the front desk though!

I love Dr. Brown, she is very nice but some of the lady in front Desk are very infolite they should not argue to the costumer, my husband almost mad to the old lady in front desk yesterday, and he almost but just because i love monarch and Dr. Brown i tell my husband its okay. i hope you guys talk to the front desk and be polite to the costumer thank you🙏🙏

Wish I could give it zero stars. This place was great at first. But as I started my invisalign process with them it quickly turned to a terrible experience. I was scanned three different times, and waited 4 months for my invisalign just for them to tell me they were getting a new orthodontist and that I had to redo my scans again.

After traveling and wasting gas money each time I had to go back to get rescanned, I decided to no longer get invisalign through them. I asked for a refund of my money, which they said was possible. But I have been waiting for my refund for almost two months. I was treated so terribly when I tried to explain to them my frustrations.

I feel the people who scanned for my invisalign was not properly trained to do so, and the staff there are not managed well on how to do there job properly. I feel like I have been taken advantage of and will never see my money again. I am a college student who just wanted one of my insecurities (my teeth) fixed, and instead I wasted money and time with no outcome at all.

First off dr brown is one amazing dentist. Give her 10 stars 🙏 but the constant emails and text to confirm appointments are ridiculous. I mentioned this to the front desk that called me to confirm She was very defensive. When I went to talk to her about at my wife’s appointment she accused me of yelling at her. Guess she don’t know what yelling is. Never raised my voice. But I was frustrated. So I will not be going back to this office. I will try my luck elsewhere.

My wife also loves doctor brown. Advise. Hire people that talk to customers to thicken their skins. Or work in the mail room. Ridiculous. Not first bad experience at this office in last 8 years of going here. But I’ve had enough. No change.
