My 11 year old sister had a very traumatic experience at this clinic especially under Dr. Yasir Zain’s care. We made it clear from the start that she has anxiety and comes with great fear from the dentist, but despite us making that clear in the registration form, the doctor still approached her without delicacy and used very humiliating language to address her. He questioned her intelligence, her ability to comprehend his questions, if she did well at school, otherwise nothing could explain her anxious stammering.

After that, he was very humiliating in his attitude towards her when he wanted to explain to her that she wasn’t taking good enough care of her teeth, which goes against her rights to a safe space as a patient. He shamed her until she cried, and even when she started crying, he didn’t get the hint that he wasn’t dealing with the situation as he should. He didn’t even try teaching her what she’s doing wrong, only shamed an eleven years old to tears. He blamed my mother for not taking good care of my sister’s hygiene and was openly rude to her for no reason.

This doctor has zero respect nor empathy and zero work ethic and professionalism on top of it. Very bad experience. Will never step foot in that clinic after that.

My experience at Monarch Dentistry has been amazing so far! The receptionists are super friendly and sweet, they always remind me about any appointments I’ve booked in advance, which is so helpful. The dental hygienist is really gentle, takes her time, and does such a great job. Dr.

Yasir is also very understanding and really good at what he does. I got my Invisalign done with him, and my teeth have been improving so quickly!
