This place is ridiculous. I moved away over a year ago and they still contact me every few weeks about some special offer they have going on, how I should renew my plan, or that I haven't had a clean in a while. I called them multiple times to take me off their list of people to contact as I moved away. Yet I still receive emails and text from them.

I don't know if there that desperate for business. But I would never revisit this place again even if I do decide to move back to Toronto.

Multiple office managers in 2 years. I have had multiple teeth needing to be redone before they finally tell me i need expensive root canals, and was just given gauze instead of a filling. Spent money on a crown that after three times of falling off was told it wouldn’t work and I needed another root canal and when i said to pull it did that happen, No.

was I reimbursed for the crown, no. Horrible. My teeth may not be perfect but i can not believe i am made to feel like crap because you cant do your job well, correctly or at all!
