I have an active anxiety attack when I even think about visiting a dentist. No so at Monarch Dentistry. The atmosphere and aura is welcoming and very calming. I experienced minimal to no pain during my deep cleaning session. Love the clinical staff, they are the best. Thank you for making my visit extremely pleasant!

From walking into the office receptionist was very friendly. Very friendly atmosphere in the office. During my visit with the dentist O'Tisha was very professional and exceptionally friendly as well as her dental assistant. I was explained to everything they did. I was very comfortable because I don't like going to the dentist.

Overall: I have been getting my teeth clean every 6-months, since I was a little girl and this was the best comprehensive visit I have ever had. Staff: Monarch’s front desk staff were nice, attentive, and helpful. The dental hygienist (Clara & Avonna) was patient, observant, and educated me on what I needed to change when cleaning at home. I like that the office will show you a treatment plan prior to it getting done; however, you have to make sure that it does get done though. I reminded my hygienist of something that was recommended by Dr.

Preston to ensure it was performed, since it was not covered by my insurance. Other: The technology that was used was very impressive. I never had a camera in my mouth where I can see my teeth up close on an tv and I thought that was so cool. Also, normally when I visit the dentist, I see the doctor last, but in this case I was able to meet the doctor first. Dr.

Preston was so kind and knowledgeable. Negative: The only negative I have is the bathroom needed some attention. I was one of the first appointments, and the bathroom didn’t looked clean as it had debris leftover on the seat from a previous person, the toilet cleaner looked aged with noticeable stains, and the toilet tissue is exposed on a dusty shelf. I know it’s hard to find individually wrapped toilet paper, but heavy traffic like a medical office needs to invest in individually wrapped toilet paper.

If you’re looking for a dental practice that is warm, friendly, and inviting, then Monarch Family Dentistry is for you. I have been a patient here for several years and the service is always the same, excellent. Dr. Preston-Hill is fantastic and she asks and listens for any concerns. She addresses the concerns and comes up with a plan.

I cannot say enough about the staff. They are knowledgeable and skilled in their individual roles. Monarch is awesome and I will continue to recommend them to everyone.
