The doctor and hygienist were fine; my problem has been with the office. They don’t seem to respond to emails and calling multiple times in the past hasn’t resolved my issue—which pertains to the handling of my claims. I simply got X-rays taken and a routine cleaning—which my insurance company covers—but Mondovi Raritan has now sent me two bills since.

the latest of which is very vague. I sent them an email requesting more information, but no reply. If handling routine dental claims is that difficult for the office, and they put their patients through this much of a hassle, how could I recommend this place to anyone? Seriously considering cancelling my next appointment and finding another place…

I have been calling and leaving messages for over a week to pay my bill...FINALLY new office manager, Susan to the rescue! She walked me through the process of paying by phone and I appreciate her spending time with me to explain...she is worth her money and more!!! Danielle is the best! She is my favorite hygienist and is super gentle when cleaning your teeth. I leave without any pain which has been an issue with my past hygienist at other places.

The dentists and hygienist are great. The billing department is a completely different story. This practice is no longer what it was since Mondavi Dental took over the practice. You never get a detailed EOB/Bill from them and they always look to get money from you before the insurance pays.

When you try to call for an explanation you get the run around as nobody seems able to answer questions. My wife and kids still go there but I've decided to use another practice. Proceed with caution.
