BEWARE and triple check with multiple ppl there to make sure your insurance is in network!! The girl I talked to gave me the wrong info and wasted my entire day! I talked to them early in the morning around 8am to make an appointment for same day 1pm appt due to wisdom tooth pain. I specifically made sure to ask if they take Delta Dental and the rep said yes and I even provided her with all my insurance info. They called around 11am to talk more about my insurance. I missed this call so I came into the office at 1pm to find out that they said my insurance is out of the network but I can pay out of the network price if I want. I grab my ID and left.

Felt very scammy. They wasted my time and now I have to wait to schedule another appt with another dentist while I am in pain. Had they tell me I am not in their network at 8am, I would have been able to grab another appt at another dental office. Now I have to wait at least till the next day.

The moment you enter the office, you instantly feel welcomed. Nice people. The doctor takes his time to explain everything to the tiniest question you have . In fact I left their office feeling so satisfied .

My next appointment is coming up in about a month I can't wait to get checked up again, I know I am going to feel much better. I say a big thank you to the Doctor and all the staff of MRDC.

I went for my first dental cleaning and x-rays in 5 years and I was extremely nervous with it having been so long. The staff here are all SO friendly and welcoming, it quelled my nervousness right away. My hygienist Barbara was great and explained everything thoroughly. Strongly recommend going here!

I’ve been going to Monocacy River Dental since I moved to Frederick in 2023 and they are wonderful! I had lots of anxiety about going to the dentist again after not going for a few years (gross, I know). They made me so comfortable. My hygienist, Barbara, is very knowledgeable and explained everything that I was having done in detail. They also explain cost of procedures before performing them to get your consent.

Their office manager is amazing! Dr. Burgess is very personable and runs a great practice. You will not be disappointed here!
