Mork Dental is the best!! From the time I am greeted, I am treated so nicely. All 3 dentists are remarkable!! Andrew is precise, Peter is so dang sweet and Desiree you could put in your pocket on how dang sweet she is!! All 3 dentists have such a gentle touch and are perfectionists! The hygienists are fabulous!! My girl Jody is so dang sweet and fun!! I recommend Mork 100%!!

After 7 years of being a Mork customer, they have treated me very poorly while having an issue my new insurance company. I specifically asked if they took my new insurance, which the receptionist assured me they did. So I went ahead with 3 different services over a 60 day period and even received quotes from them with my insurance coverage discounts for follow up visits to have work done. It turns out they do not take my new insurance and I am left with a substantial bill to pay out of pocket.

They now claim they are not responsible for giving out insurance coverage information. And apologized for the receptionist giving me false information, while also not even trying to work with me on the bill for being partially at fault. Which if they would have just told me that when I asked I could have called insurance to double check. Instead I was reassured it would be covered.

I was told they would follow up about the bill, but was never contacted again even after email attempts to reach back out. Very poor service for loyal long term customers.
