I've never felt more comfortable and heard at a dental office before. The staff was amazing. The sweet lady at the front desk, the dental tech i had and the Doctor were all so sweet. I couldn't have went anywhere better!

Had as good of an experience at the dentist as one can expect . David and Lois were very professional when it came to diagnosing my situation , explaining it to me and having the young lady at the front desk put the options into writing along with pricing of each procedure. Besides that she had contacted my insurance company to make sure what she presented to me was accurate. David and Lois make you feel comfortable and seem to adapt to a person’s personality very well .
David made the procedure as painless as possible and after discussing my jaw problem made sure I had the breaks I needed . This was my first visit to this office and they made a good impression.

The entire staff was exceptional. Very professional yet friendly and made it easy for me to transition to a new dentist. Dr. Sapala was not only professional but took time to explain everything. He seemed very knowledgeable. I felt he really cared about my dental health and dental plan.

I will say my first visit here was pleasant, and this was back in January of this year (2025). That is the only reason for the two stars. I was told they would schedule my cleaning on my first visit and they never did call and this is mid April! I have tried multiple times getting a hold of them to fix my tooth that had broken off. I tried calling them from open to close multiple times along with my partner only to be sent to voicemail. Dr.
Sapala is very nice and professional, however I can’t say the same for the office, if this is how patients are treated… waiting months for a cleaning, and never getting a callback for other serious dental matters then I’m glad I called Aspen Dental and made the switch there. I was promptly seen, had my teeth cleaned on my first visit, something that was impossible to do here. Aspen was also able to get me scheduled to get my crown and other work I need done.
