I came in to get assistance with a supererupted tooth and to try to figure out what can be done. I got there about 30 minutes early for my appointment just to be admitted 2 hours later. . once inside, I repeatedly explained my situation to one of the employees there but all they did was take an xray of my teeth and tell me nothing could be done about my tooth and it was best to leave it as is.

I assume the employee was just an assistant and not an actual dentist because they kept going back and forth to talk to the dentist in the back. I do notrecommend this place at all. Waiting is excessive and they do not help you at all.

I would never recommend this place to anybody not even a stray dog. They are the worst. Please don't be in pain and go there you will be waiting 5hrs for no reason. And the staff is absolutely no help make you wonder why are they even there? Go anywhere but there. Morrow Family Dental across the road is better then they could ever be.

This is the worst Dentist office !!!!! Save your time , money and insurance. They had me wait to be seen for 2 hours because the overbooked the day . After waiting 2 whole hours I was brought to the back just to be told that they did not take my insurance and I could pay for my service ummmm excuse me what do you have medical assistants for ?????? Insurance is supposed to be checked wayyyyyyyy before an appointment and definitely don't wait until I have waited 2 hours to tell me this in the office . I have been to this office before so when did you stop accepting my insurance.

It was completely unprofessional. I usually do not leave reviews but this was a horrible and inconvenient experience.

Great and friendly staff. Second time coming to this dentist, chose it because of its convenient location. Husband and I had a longer wait time this visit but what hasn’t this pandemic slowed down. I can’t blame them when their services is what’s being appreciated and what I think they’re doing great at 👍🏼
