My experience with this dental office has been consistently disappointing. The front desk staff often come across as rude and unprofessional — it feels like asking a simple question is an inconvenience to them. As a patient, it's frustrating to be met with attitude instead of support. The cleanings are rushed and extremely rough, to the point where I’ve felt sore afterward. It seems like the staff are overworked and more focused on speed than patient care.

I can’t imagine how difficult it must be for elderly patients or those who don’t speak English well, especially since this may be their only nearby option. I’m already looking into changing my insurance so I can find a provider that values respectful treatment and thorough, gentle care. I would not recommend this office.

Both of my children had such a wonderful experience at their cleaning appointments today. The staff helped to make them feel so comfortable from their X-rays all the way to their exam. This is such a kind and caring office I highly recommend them!!!

My first visit here and I must say I felt very comfortable. The location is convenient off the exit. The office is clean and the staff is personable and friendly. The dentist made me feel comfortable and he was eager to solve my problem. This will be my new dental home.
