10/2024 I had a dental appointment without insurance, wasn’t notified of the total charges until 04/01/2025. The bill could have been taken care of but when you drop the ball things happen that are not pleasing. Instead of paying my balance today that was $187, all of a sudden I’m faced with a $360 bill!. Can I pay it yes, but it should’ve been taken care of in 10/2024. If I did have insurance, they would not pay due to the length of time that lapsed. Mind you , I get my teeth cleaned every 3 months because I choose to.

Therefore, they had enough time to reach out appropriately. I dislike poor customer service. And Greta and Tracy need a little more training on how not to violate HIPAA (by not leaving a voicemail when I didn’t opt in for detailed voicemail calls) and how to talk with and to patients. This review is not intended for Sheila nor my physician, they are great. But when things go wrong and there is not a sincere apology, you will get a poor review.

My insurance didn’t include Mosaic so I went somewhere else last year. Very disappointed. It was not a pleasant experience. I came back despite the insurance issue and am so glad I did. Everyone was so welcoming and professional. Everything was explained. All in all I love this office!

I had to change my rating a bit as billing seems to be off. Today I received a bill after paying in office and also being presented pricing prior to my service. Insurance did not cover a portion and I was told by the office they did a pretreatment estimate. When I called my insurance company they did not contact them prior to care. I’m disappointed because I really liked the doctor, however I need to know pricing prior to treatment.

I have to start by saying what wonderful staff Mosaic has. Walking in the door the front desk staff is always so kind. I had my second visit today and when walking in I just felt comfortable. The dental assistant explained everything clearly and was so kind in working with my dental fears. Dr Patel is like no dentist is have been to in the past.

She was absolutely the best. I have dental PTSD from a prior office and she has been beyond accommodating to my fears and made me feel trust again. This was by far the best dental experience I have ever had and I will continue with this office for years to come. I can’t express my gratitude and heartfelt happiness to have found them. Thank you!

Wonderful experience start to finish! My insurance changed so I had to find a new dentist. I have sensitive gums and was overdue for a checkup. Needless to say, I was feeling anxious. After reading the reviews I decided to give them a try. The friendly front desk staff answered all my questions ahead of time and welcomed me warmly.

The amazing hygienist made my X-rays and cleaning comfortable. Dr. Patel gave me a thorough exam and a great checkup. I already have my next appointment booked. 💯 satisfied!!
