I have never seen Dr. Moskin when there and have only ever seen Dr. Chan. Dr. Chan is a decent dentist and very friendly, but the front desk service, Anna, is the worst and literally ruined the entire experience for me. I will never be back and will likely contact the BBB because of her dishonest service and attempts to accrue a large balance. Because I hadn't been to the dentist in a while, I scheduled about 4 cleaning and filling appointments weeks apart because the front desk promised me that I would only be paying a small percent because of my insurance.

Each time, she promised me that I was paying in full and she'd been in contact with my insurance. Well about a month after the last appointment, they sent me a HUGE bill. I called because she said I had been paying in full and I wouldn't have continued to make appointments had I known the bill was getting large. She claimed that I scheduled my appointments too close together to get the Explanation of Benefits and that my insurance had sent them a fax with the wrong benefits and that this discrepancy would've happened at any dental office. I disagreed and she sent me a copy of the fax and EOB. The fax from my insurance was dated around the FIRST APPOINTMENT. And Anna CIRCLED all of the benefits which clearly state different amounts for different services.

She swore that this fax had only said 20% of all costs, but then as her evidence of what I owed, she circled the entire column she was supposed to read! So essentially the entire time she said I was paying in full and scheduling appointments for me, she HAD THE INFORMATION she needed to be honest about it. She thought she was sending me information to prove her claims, but circled the information to prove mine. We are still battling over this balance because I truly believe she was being dishonest in attempt to get a large sum. This is a small operation and I know they are struggling for clients so I should've known that you need to go to a larger office for reliable service. Dr. Chan is decent, but Anna is so awful, I would avoid this facility altogether.

Was there once for a dental cleaning and consultation for discoloration of bonding. I plan to go back for all future appointments. Honestly the best experience I’ve ever had at the dentist. Super friendly, extremely thorough and a really pleasant and relaxed atmosphere. Dr. Chan is very easy to talk to and incredibly detail oriented.

I didn’t feel bad asking follow up questions or felt like i had to push for more info. Instead she validated any and all concerns and detailed each potential solution. All hygienists were very impressive and thorough. They were extremely friendly and thoughtful about hygiene tips and advice.
