When my daughter was 4 she had her first dental visit here and they said she needed crowns. Did the crowns with conscious sedation. She did cry duirng the procedure. They have no skills with building a relationship and trust with kids. A year and half later they wanted to extract half of her teeth all at once. She only had ONE tooth that needed to be removed.

Dr dave gave the option of conscious sedation or surgery. I declined intubating and putting my child to sleep if other viable options are still available. I called multiple times throughout that week to say that i would like to go with conscious sedation NOT general anesthesia. They would tell me that they needed to talk to the doctor and they would give me a call back, multiple times. They never did. I sought another dentist of course and we’ve decided not go to this office anymore because we felt that they were being dishonest and pushing for general anesthesia when we clearly said NO and there is no need for it.

A month and half later they call me saying they wanted to complete paper work for general anesthesia that my daughter is on the waitlist for. I called and told them for the 100th tome that we do not want general anesthesia and that we are seeing a different dentist now. The lady that answered said ok we will let the person that called you know that instead of saying ok i will note it in her chart. Horrible experience and scary. If i get one more call pushing for general anesthesia I will report this place to medicaid for insurance fraud.

Let me say first and foremost the service is good and I have had no issues with the care they have provided my children in the past. I’m giving one star because I was told my son can no longer receive treatment because I didn’t want any fluoride to be used on him. There is nothing more unethical than when medical professionals try to suppress a patients rights.

I brought in my two little sons, and every single person — from the front desk team to the hygienists — went out of their way to make them feel comfortable and safe. Dr. Sana and Dr.

Doyle are absolutely wonderful with kids. They were so patient, gentle, and made the entire experience fun for my boys- even with one of kids crying during the entire exam. They explained everything in a way that was easy for them (and me!) to understand, and I loved how they prioritized making the visit positive rather than intimidating.
