I went here before the new dr and never had a problem one. The new dr took over and the first day I stepped in they made me feel horrible and were very condescending and before she even looked in my mouth tried to sell me implants.

Fast forward i had work done the day I had it done I kept saying it doesn’t feel right she blamed it on me being numb I waited over a week to get back in due to holidays for her to be rude and condescending once again. I couldn’t eat or hardly drink for a week went back to have to fixed and she was rude stated she does this everyday but never in 42 years have I had to go back after a filing to have it fixed…it’s still not fixed I left still in pain and seeming to listen to my concerns because “she does this everyday”!

I called in to get information about whether I could get my wisdom teeth pulled and after gathering information the lady decided she impatient and tired of answering my questions and put on the phone her supervisor who rudely didn’t let me speak and continually demanded if I was a patient over and over again. . smh I’m confused what I did wrong?? So sad. If you don’t have the patience or the basic customer service to tend to someone in pain and in need of tooth removal I question why you’re even working here there.

Trying to make a potential patient seem aggressive just for asking what ions so that I can be seen is so dismissive and counterproductive Sind your a dental office just because I’m asking normal questions. How else can I become a patient without information?Seeing how it was complex from begin with because your saying you cover Medicaid extractions for McLaren to then turn around and say it wasn’t covered. If I could give a zero I would.
