My 82 year old mother with end stage congestive heart failure had an appointment at the Mount Pleasant dentistry at lake Isabella on June 18th her original appointment was at 11:20 they called and ask her to reschedule it for 11:40 the day before the appointment they call and change it to 11:30 my poor mother it takes her forever to get ready and she runs out of breath and she can barely walk to the car was turned away and gave her appointment away cuz she was 12 minutes late I think this is just utterly appalling and I hope when that young lady at the desk gets to my mother's age I hope somebody is more kind and sympathetic than this office seem to be to this old lady today this is just a disgrace and America should be ashamed that this happened and I hope that that woman at that desk never has to be turned away cuz she was 12 minutes late because she can't hardly breathe
