I have the BEST dentist EVER!!! I drive an hour n half to have my teeth taken care of and for EVERY check up. Dr. Williams at L. Bruce Williams Dentistry in Salisbury, PA is a living angel. Over the past decade I've had so many things happen with my teeth & thousands of dollars invested into caring for my smile.

Him & his staff are extremely educated & kind human beings. They help educate me on everything I need to know on how to take care of my dental hygiene and how to prevent unwanted teeth nightmares. He has taken my teeth to a whole new level of health, makes me feel like a million dollars and has helped me feel more comfortable about going to the dentist. I don't know what I'd do without his expertise I'm so grateful to have done my research and have found such a top tier dentist that really cares about my teeth the way I do.

Dr. Williams is great. However, cleanings used to be very thorough, now very short duration. Front office staff seem rude and gossipy. We’re changing dentists after many, many years.

This place is the best! I talked to the dentist personally before hand and told him how bad my anxiety is. (Really bad) he got me in and took care of my painful infected molar right away. The dentist seems to be a genuinely good person.

They have no idea how much I appreciate all they have done and how kind he and the staff were to me. So much so I am writing this review 6 months after my visit. You guys rock!

I am in tears writing this. Bruce has been my dentist since I was a kid, I haven’t been there in maybe 2-3 years but the last time I was there he introduced me to the new dentist that would be taking over. He was very nice and my visit went well. I recently got dental insurance through highmark whole care, I am self employed and my teeth mean a lot to me as I’ve had a lot of work done through the years. Money has been hard to come by as a small business owner since Covid so I was very excited when I was able to get dental care through whole care.

I was so looking forward to being able to get my teeth taken care of regularly again. I called to schedule a cleaning and I was informed that they do not take ‘new’ patients with that insurance. I informed her I had been coming there since I was a kid, and that I wasn’t a new patient. The secretary was very nice but apparently it had been too long of a gap since I had been there last and the new dentist had taken over. I would have came sooner if I could have afforded to pay out of pocket, but since I am still in their system it was heart breaking to hear I wouldn’t be accepted.

I have very bad anxiety and I suppose being told I would have to find a new building, business, and dentist all because of my insurance I am just very upset over this. Bruce was a wonderful dentist and I’m so very thankful for the years he took care of me. I hope this new guy understands the shoes he has to fill and I hope no one else has to feel less than and like they can’t be seen just because of the insurance they have.
