I can never seem to get ahold of the front desk when I call. If I leave a message, they don’t call me back! It seems very chaotic there. There have been several times when I have thought about going somewhere else. I don’t want to, but it has gotten to the point of ridiculousness. Edit to add: i just got a call from the office (about 2 hours after this review) and was asked NOT to come back.

Wow. So instead of using a a 3 star review as a way of getting better, I get fired from my dentist. Take that as you will.

I have been a patient at this office for over a year and have had a horrible experience with the administrative staff and a new dentist (Dr. Conner) that has been overseeing my dental work. If this is the only choice that a disabled veteran has for dental care in this area then I fully recommend that any other veterans beg family to add them to their dental insurance so they can receive treatment anywhere else but here.

I have had to return to the office countless times for my temporary crowns to be reattached due to subpar products and I have also had to suffer with the inability to eat normally due to temporary partials for the last year.

During initial appt noticed no plastic over the light fixture that is moved often by dentists to see inside your mouth when they did use it. I only wonder if it is cleaned and saliva or blood from other patients isn't dried up all over it. Second appt took about 30 minutes to be seen. 2nd appt, 8 patients that got in after me got called in within 30 seconds ro 4 minutes of them sitting down when I had been waiting since 9:45 am for an appt. Scheduled for 10 am, and still waiting at 11:10 am.

Have anxiety issues from military dentists neglectful work and anxiety is through the roof here. By the time I get called in the useless anxiety med would have probably worn off if it actually worked to begin with. Nitrous helped but it was harder to breathe with the nose piece on than an m50 gas mask on while running and that is not an exxhaggeration. I don't know how people with breathing issues don't die with that thing on.

Been going here for years and it has been the best care but lately no one at the front desk will answer the phone or call you back if you leave a message. I had to cancel an appointment 2 months back and called to reschedule. Had a new appointment for March. Now I get a call that the receptionist made a mistake and I have to be put out until the end of June.

My teeth hurt but they don't care. Not the same as it used to be at all.
