a family member of mine went in to get her teeth bonded and has some anxiety and called another family member to stay on the phone. They proceeded to tell her she couldn’t stay on the phone because a medical procedure was being done. Then brought in a whole group of assistants and continued to bully and treat her like garbage. This was the second time she’s been in because after the first time she was having pain in her mouth and they offered for her to come in free of charge. You guys should be ashamed of how you treat your clients.

I’ve read all of the bad reviews on here and they all say practically the same thing. Snide remarks, judgment etc. Your job is to fix people’s teeth but I guess you just can’t help yourselves.

Dr.Hazen and her staff are wonderful!!! I have recommended her to friends;and they say the same thing!!! This is the best dental care I have ever received!!!Thanks guys…I actually look forward to going to the dentist now!!!!

We are in the area for a mini vacation, and husband has had a tooth bothering him. Made a same day visit for an exam, and was scheduled the next day for a tooth extraction. Everyone was super nice, and helpful. Couldn’t have googled a better last minute dentist. Highly recommend this group.

EDIT: They’re accusing me of being a fake reviewer since I did not put my government name on my account. This business is known for treating their patients pretty poorly so I did not feel safe to put my real name but I was 1,000% a REAL patient of Dr Hazens and my story is 1,000% REAL. Just look at their responses to several patients that have had extremely unprofessional experiences with them, look at their response to my review calling me a liar and saying IF they did say that, it was because my lips LOOK BAD? Are you kidding me? At this point I’m beginning to think their positive reviews are fake. Y’all need to fire your social media person at the very least before she bankrupts your business 🤦🏻‍♀️ ORIGINAL REVIEW: Very unprofessional experience at this dentist office. I came in for some dental work after getting lip filler done, so my lips had a little swelling and bruising.

The hygienist mentioned it and asked if I had filler done. I told her I did and then the conversation moved on. She left and a few minutes later, Dr Hazen came in and asked me if I knew she did fillers? I said “no, I didn’t know that” she said “well, I do. ” in a snarky voice. I said “okay….

” Because what am I supposed to say to that? Sorry I didn’t come to you? She proceeded to assess my face and asked who did them. I told her, but it felt like I was being interrogated for not coming to my dentist for lip fillers. It was WEIRD and made me super uncomfortable. Needless to say, I’m not going back there
