After coming home from a field trip to Mukwonago Family Dentistry (6 years ago now), our son said that we should give them a try. I have never enjoyed visiting the dentist, but after just one visit I knew that I would be going nowhere else for all my dental care needs. The staff at Mukwonago Family Dentistry is the best!! They take the time to explain everything that will happen during each visit and actually care about their patients feelings and needs.

You owe it to yourself and your smile to give them a try. You will not be disappointed.

Dr Chuck is the best dentist I've had in my 50 years! Always takes the time to explain what needs to be done and why. I like his common sense approach. The staff is always friendly and never seems to busy to answer questions. The office is beautiful too. A great view of the conservancy makes sitting in the chair almost relaxing.

Spoke with Lori in the billing department about a bill I was sent. She said the date of birth code came back and I needed to call and fix it. When I called the insurance company they had the DOB’s correct and said that it will kick back the bill if billed to the wrong address. So when I called Lori she said that they bill electronically and did I give them a copy of my insurance card? At the time I didn’t have a card and gave her what was given me from the insurance company on the intake paperwork. She told me that billing was a courtesy and that they are only as good as the information given.

Well same here. It felt like to me she wanted me to do her job. She’s the biller and should have just called and found out the issue. Instead of calling me she sent me a large bill for myself and daughter and when I called she interrogated me and was condescending annd had me do anll of her footwork that could have been avoided. She walks a line of cheerful but condescending at the same time.

Rude with a smile. Hopefully someone will talk to her about being kind and helpful to patients.
