Highly recommend. I've had this dentist before and after he stopped taking my insurance I was pretty upset. Not at Dr Dunn mind you, just because Dr S. Dunn is the bestest dentist😇 you could ever have. When I used to see him, not only did I feel comfortable going to see the dentist, but I was happy to see a friend. He REALLY cares about you and not just your wallet. He is EXTREMELY professional, works fast but gets it done right the first time.

He also genuinely would rather save a tooth than pull it. That is the absolute last thing he wants to do he told me. He likes to build smiles, not break them by removing teeth. 1,000,000/10 definitely use this dentist if you don't have one/don't like your current dentist(like me. I'm looking at you Katsur. . .

) Update 11/29/24: The people who work for the answering service (no idea why they even have an answering service) those people are garbage and downright lazy and rude and don't wanna help you. One word answers, they cut you off mid sentence, they know NOTHING about the dentist and refuse to help. Bunch of unhelpful losers if you ask me. My advice is to NEVER call on off ours for this place.

I would LOVE to give 0 stars BUT I'll give 1 for the girls working in the office. The dentist (is he even a legitimate dentist???) Is THE WORST I've ever seen. Set up an appointment for an extraction, the dentist questioned my choices and my income and why I didn't want to save my tooth. The tooth was a molar that I had long term issues with and needed it out. After his crude remarks he insisted he was saving the tooth.

. drilled away and held a giant filling in its place, saying "well if this wasn't OK to do I wouldn't be doing it" fast forward 1 month. . . my mouth has never hurt so bad, pain into my ears, this guy shouldn't be allowed near people's mouths.

He even set up a new appointment for random cavities that appeared at that visit, oh yeah mark 2 and 4 because it's not on the chart. Almost feel he drilled them in just to make more money, he originally pushed for a root canal and I told him no, take it out. Now I'm searching for emergency dental services. Save your mouth, don't go here

I have been a loyal patient to this office for several years but they have no loyalty to their patients at all. For the last 2 years especially they have been lazy and rude. I had an appt scheduled for last Tuesday at 5:40 pm. I have always had late appts due to getting off work at 5:30. I get to my appt at my scheduled time and the two women are locking the door walking out to leave. I said excuse me I have an appt.

They both looked shocked and scared because they tried to be slick and leave early which they tried to do the previous appts as well but I got there just in time as they were all talking about me and about to shut the door so I knew that this was a possibility this time as well. After asking them they proceeded to tell me there was no appts scheduled for 5:40 and I said yes there is I have been coming here for years and I do not get off work until 5:30 so my appt is always after 5:30. Then she proceeded to say they stopped scheduling appts late a long time ago. So I wasted my time and gas going to a non existent appt according to them because they are lazy. So back to the previous appt I had which was in January because I can never get an appt within 6 months because there is never a hygienist and last time I had to wait 9 months because their hygienist pregnant so I am already inconvenienced due to personal reasons. When they called to confirm the appt they said 5:20 and I said no I do not get off until 5:30 so as I was walking in the door that’s why they were talking because their plan all along was to leave early as usual.

What is the point of having late appt days if your staff is so lazy they try to leave before the last patient comes. It’s so unprofessional and unpleasant to deal with those sorry excuses for employees. I will NEVER go back to that office because they do not give a damn about their patients to say the least. I will report them on any and everything I can because they deserve no stars and need to be shut down if they can’t schedule correctly or have a reliable staff. Do your job because my insurance pays you to.

Terrible. Appointment was to have a filling replaced that fell out of 1 tooth. Then he decided that 4 of my other teeth in the front needed drilled and filled. How he decided this I haven't a clue since he never picked at any of the 4 with his dental tool. He proceeded to drill my four other teeth. I felt like I was being waterboarded. Water shooting up my nose and down my throat CHOKING.

He then filled the 5 teeth. One week later, 4 of them fell out. Got another appointment to get them refilled a month later. Got there, waited for an hour and a half. Got called back, and was told they didn't have the materials they needed to fill the teeth and that they forgot to use a "primer" the 1st time around and that's why they fell out in the first place. They set me up with another appointment to fill the teeth for 2 weeks. Got there, waited 1 and 20 minutes.

Got called back. Dentist said they still haven't received whatever they needed to fill the teeth. I said why didn't someone call me so I didn't waste my time. No answer. Ended up going to a quality dentist and paid out of pocket for him to fix everything they screwed up. Don't walk from this place. RUN
