I had a scheduled cleaning for next month. The side of one of my molars broke off and not only were they able to see me for an emergency examination this morning but somebody canceled their appointment today which was convenient because it allowed me to get my tooth extracted today! The nearest hospital doesn't even offer emergency extraction but only antibiotics to prevent infection this little clinic does more then the closest ER when it comes to Dental emergencies.

The staff is very friendly and welcoming the facility is very clean and also nice atmosphere. Everyone who took care of me did an amazing job and I would highly recommend this place to anybody.

As I said sometimes they have cancellation so if you're on a waiting list you might be able to get in sooner than expected like I was able to today instead of having to deal with this exposed nerve for three more weeks they took care of me today and if not today I'm sure something would have opened up tomorrow or next week so I highly recommend this place.

Needed an emergency extraction. Went through all the hoops to register as a new patient to be told I had to be evaluated before an appointment can be set up. How hard is it to pull a tooth when it's causing someone to constantly pass out due to the pain.

I have no bad comments about the care I received, but I was treated poorly by office staff to the point I dreaded speaking to them. They are possibly overworked, but always excessively rude. I was chastised for becoming ill and not making it to an appointment, they do not understand if you have transportation issues, which is always a possibility when public transit and medical rides aren't dependable.

It's unfortunate that many of their clients go through life weighted with struggles: mental health issues, health issues, and transportation barriers, that don't make for perfect patients. This place, a place that is supposed to help them, is another place where low-income people are treated with no compassion or care and I hope that changes for those of us who depend on this service.

The communication at this facility is very unprofessional. Try to get appointment, they tell you to call in the am putting you on their Emergency call list, don't get called Called them back to see why no follow up and they say " I had three pages of calls" try again tomorrow. . . . . Called again in am and was told I could come in for X Ray's (full mouth) eval and cleaning.

Tried to explain that I was following up with issue that I was told to call back for from my last visit, lady would not let me explain and hung up on me. Following morning got call from Maryanne and she informed me that they're refusing to treat me!! Asked to speak with manager, three days later no call. Called headquarters and informed them of my conversation, was told that someone would get back with me shortly, no call. IAM a senior citizen on a fixed income, treating us does not give you the right to take away my to manage my own Care. Seems that other reviews also address staff concerns.
