Place is a joke. I've had my wisdom teeth for FIVE YEARS. They keep canceling my appointments without telling me. They've canceled because they are short staffed, theyve cancelled because they didn't have the nitrous oxide available, I had to cancel once because they didn't even tell me I had to request the nitrous ahead of time. Every time a cancel happened, they schedule me for SIX months out. I've been to the ER twice a year with excruciating pain.

I had an appointment today so 10 days ago I called them to confirm my appointment. Not only did the lady tell me yes I still had my appointment today, I also asked to confirm I would be getting the nitrous and she said "oh we don't do that for just a cleaning. . . " Um what do you mean JUST A CLEANING?! like I've been waiting for someone to pull my wisdoms for FIVE YEARS!! Anyway whatever sure I'll just let the dentist know I need them out ASAP. I go in today for my appointment and the lady says "oh you didn't get our message?" No.

What message? "Did you change your number?" NO I JUST CALLED 10 DAYS AGO TO CONFIRM MY APPOINTMENT?!?! well apparently THEY CANCELLED MY APPOINTMENT AGAIN!!!! I'm done with them. This is bullsht. Get it together Allegan for real. Smfh

Had some filling today with the new assistant Mackenzie. She was very knowledgeable and comforting. I actually felt really good at the dentist for the first time in a long time. I'm looking forward to going back!

When I went to my appointment I was welcomed by a very nice woman at the front desk. I met with Ashley who took X-rays and pictures. She was the kindest person I've ever met at a dental appointment. She explained everything she was doing and going to do. She made me very comfortable. Five star treatment. Dr.

Green came in and made me feel the same. I can't say enough about my experience. I would recommend this dental office over and over. As od as it sounds, I'm excited to go back. I feel blessed to have met this wonderful team.
