This has been my place to go to the dentist for about 4 years but it's time for me to switch to another dental office. Things started to go wrong once my regular dentist stopped working here. In January of 2024 my regular dentist took out an old filling and replaced it with a new one. I had no problems, the new one was just fine and then around August of 2024 out of nowhere they said that I had to come in to get the filling changed again. I didn't understand why, the filling was just put in 8 months ago and nothing was wrong with it. Two dentist came in and replaced the new filling which started causing sensitivity and pain in my tooth.

I had to deal with it until I had an appointment for a cleaning 6 months later. When I went to my next appointment I explained to another dentist that two dentist came and redid the filling and I was having problems with it. The dentist made me feel like I was crazy she kept saying there was no record of any dentist putting a new filling in, it wasn't in the system or documented. I kept telling her that it happened but she didn't believe me she kept insisting that there was no record found about it. Her solution was that there was a hole in the filling and that's what was causing the sensitivity and pain. She scheduled me to have the filling fixed and when they did patch it up I still had problems with it.

Anything that I eat or drink causes pain. This never happened when my regular dentist first did the filling. I don't understand why the filling was taken out in the first place nothing was wrong with it.

I WILL NEVERRRRRRRR in my life come back to this dentist. THEY HURT ME SO BAD & the crazy part is I only have a problem with the DENTIST VICTORIA HALL!!! The rest of the staff was really nice . . VICTORIA HURT ME & I’m so livid. I went to get my back tooth pulled an extraction and Victoria Hall just really didn’t seem like she know what she was doing.

. it felt like she pulled my heart out my chest when she pulled my tooth I was in tears, I felt everything & after the procedure I asked her could she prescribe me stronger pain pills besides Tylenol & ibuprofen because that wasn’t helping and she got a attitude and walked away, disregarded everything I said. Didn’t care if I was in pain or nothing. How she handled the whole situation needs to be investigated. I have never felt so much pain in my life so if you guys don’t wanna be in pain from an extraction DON’T GO HERE, it was a nightmare.

I’m traumatized!!! I was literally crying so bad the pain hurt so bad I never been to a dentist & it hurt that bad you normally don’t feel anything WELL HERE YOU FELL EVERYTHING. Never coming back nor am I following up with you guys either.

I have been coming here for years. Never once have I seen the same dentist twice. Seems like this is the first stop out of dental school for most. They charged me for a crown, which I willingly paid for. I work in a dental office, so I decided to pull up my insurance, and crowns are covered at 100%, and there was no predetermination ran for treatment needed.

FRAUD, you have to actually run one of these to see how much insurance is covering. When I called they said someone would call me back and likely refund the amount I paid before my appointment. Well, I get a text saying my appointment I’ve been waiting a month and a half for is on HOLD due to an insurance issue 12 minutes before the office closes and the appointment is first thing in the morning, and of course I’ve already taken off work. After I get refunded I will not be returning, this is so unprofessional and I wonder how many people pay and don’t get the option to check their insurance to find the fraud.
