Schedule an appointment on May 2 for an appointment on June 10 at 10 AM show up an appointment at 9:30 to be informed that my appointment was changed on June 3 to 9 o’clock on June 10 but never received a contact call or text message from services telling me the service had been changed Upon getting into office find out that they have the wrong phone number in their system for me to begin with, but yet and still, it’s my fault that they don’t that they changed my appointment without notifying me personally I proceed to ask well since I’m here and my original appointment was for 10 o’clock and you didn’t speak to me to change it or get it approved for change then I’m on time well so your appointment was set for 9 o’clock. We can’t help you today however we can get you rescheduled for next Tuesday the 17th at 8:30 but at the same time we don’t accept new Medicaid patients well I had Medicaid in May so why did you schedule me for an appointment if you weren’t accepting patients and then on top of that, I told you that I had to have a cleaning and cavity work done so that I could get my partial denture procedure taken care of, and I had to have the maintenance and preventive done before hand made that clear in the comments to the person that I set the appointment with, but then I get told that the appointment today was just an evaluation and all they’re gonna do is take x-rays and stuff and not do anything Leading to the point that now I’m still in pain.

I’ve still got broken teeth. I’ve still got gum problems and they’re not willing to see me until the following week so if you schedule something with this company, I’d advise you to follow up yourself personally on multiple times to make sure that you’re in compliance with them because apparently they will just automatically change it And they will get based off of somebody else responding to a message that isn’t you? I don’t normally give bad reviews or say anything bad about anything service or unit, but this is got to be one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had dealing with a medical practice.

My best advice is doing your research Thoroughly before making an appointment.

Such a beautiful office and caring they actually set a game plan of how to save and fix your teeth! 🦷 They don’t send you home with 1 fixed tooth and let you wait on the others to become bothersome. They were great! The doctor was professional and gentle. The assistant was amazing and helpful! And the two at the desk were super friendly!

Time for my check up at My DentaVille. Everyone was very pleasant when I walked in. I met Dr. Shah today. She was very pleasant. She explained everything after the exam.

Then Chris came in with a treatment plan explaining everything to me. Chris was great at making me feel comfortable with the cost of everything. Overall, my experience was great!! I am very pleased here, and I plan to tell others who are looking for a dentist to come here. Kimberly B.
